TTS Provider Data Sharing

When you generate audio, VoxForge sends your text inputs to third-party TTS providers (such as ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Sarvam AI, and Hume AI) to process your requests. Each provider processes this data under their own privacy policies.

All TTS generation is processed through VoxForge using our credit-based billing system. Your text inputs are sent to providers only for the purpose of generating audio and are not stored or shared beyond that purpose.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may use analytics cookies (such as PostHog or similar) to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated audio and project data are retained until you delete them or close your account. Usage logs are retained for up to 24 months for analytics and compliance purposes.
